During Warm Weather Shipping: Free shipping on all orders over $59 (could be Ground or 2nd Day depending on the transit time)!
*Only retail orders in the lower 48 states.

Depending on the weather, we ship Monday through Wednesday during Warm Weather Shipping months. Our factory is located in the middle of America - Springfield, Missouri. It can take anywhere from 1-4 days to ship around the U.S. In the summer we have to be a bit more careful to make sure the chocolate we ship you is in great condition when it arrives. For some of you, FedEx Ground takes 3-4 days to ship chocolate from our factory to your doorstep. Unfortunately, we haven't found a way to make chocolate heat resistant. But don't fear-- we can still make sure you get your chocolate fix. If you spend $59 or more and your destination is within a 2 day transit time of our factory, we will ship your order via FedEx Ground for FREE! If you spend $59 or more and your destination is outside the 2 day transit time, we will ship your order via FedEx 2nd Day for FREE! See map below for more details on transit time from our factory to your package’s destination. If you’re asking, “Well, my order is going to Kansas! Why don’t I receive free 2nd Day shipping?!” then we’ll tell you, “Because your order will be received within 2 days anyway via FedEx Ground!" By using styrofoam and polar pack, we can make sure your chocolate is delivered in great shape (unless it is really really, really hot). You may notice that our free shipping offer starts at a slightly higher amount in summer months since we have to ship it 2nd Day Express, but that just means more chocolate for you. Or if you don't want to buy more, you can move to Springfield for the summer-- Shawn and Caron have an extra bedroom. 


NOW IN Cool Weather Shipping: Free Ground shipping on retail orders over $50 (in the lower 48).

Depending on the weather, we ship Monday through Thursday during Cool Weather Shipping months. Our factory is located in the middle of America—Springfield, Missouri. It can take anywhere from 1–4 days to ship around the U.S. For some of you, FedEx Ground takes 3–4 days to ship chocolate from our factory to your doorstep. If you order $50 or more, we will ship your chocolate for FREE via FedEx Ground (if it if ships safely without melting).


Important Notes About Shipping

We do our best to ship orders the same day if received by 8:00 AM Central Time (unless transit time overlaps a weekend or holiday * —see asterisk below). Otherwise, we ship the following business day. We sometimes ship orders if received later the same day, but it is not guaranteed.

2nd Day Shipping does not mean you will receive your shipment two days after placing your order. The day after a package leaves the factory is counted as the first day. This is the same with Ground shipping. (For example: If you place your order at 1:00 P.M. on Monday and select FedEx 2nd Day as your shipping option, it will leave the factory on Tuesday, and arrive on Thursday.) Overnight shipping arrives the day after it leaves the factory.

We reserve the right to hold an order if we think it is too hot (this usually means over 100 degrees Fahrenheit). We also reserve the right to call you and ask if you want to upgrade your shipping if we believe that the warm weather will prevent your chocolate from arriving safely. This might mean that you would not be able to receive the shipping special if it is just too hot.

We would be glad to try to accommodate exceptions to these rules but we will need a phone call: (417-862-9900).

We highly recommend shipping to an address where someone will be able to receive the package when delivered. Many times FedEx will not leave the package outside of your home. If that is the case, they will try to deliver the package three more times before it is returned to us.  If the FedEx delivery man does decide to leave the chocolate outside your home, it may be damaged by weather that is too hot, cold, rainy or humid. Suggestion: If you are shipping to someone's home and they will be at work during the day, consider shipping the chocolate to the recipient at their office.

Please note that all shipments to businesses require signatures at the time of delivery. Shipments to residences do not require a signature, unless it is specified at checkout.

Delivery Days

FedEx Overnight and 2-Day
Overnight and 2-Day shipments will be sent out the same shipping day if the order is placed by 8 am. Otherwise, all other shipments will be sent out the following shipping day. Packages are normally delivered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Delivery on Saturday is available only to selected locations (contact FedEx at 800-Go-FedEx for details) and requires selection of the “Saturday Delivery” option at an extra charge.

FedEx Ground to Business Addresses
Packages are normally delivered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

FedEx Ground to Residential Addresses
Packages are normally delivered Tuesday through Saturday (excluding holidays), and there is no extra charge for Saturday Delivery. FedEx Ground does not deliver to residential addresses on Monday.


International Customers

At this time, we do not currently ship Internationally. You still might be able to find our chocolate in your area, though. Please contact us with questions about where to find our chocolate outside the US at
