Our chocolate morsels are single-origin made with cocoa beans sourced directly from farmers in Ecuador, Mexico or the Philippines. The morsels are made the same way our chocolate bars are made but they are then refined to smaller pieces to be used to make a hot drink or to use for baking.  You can use these morsels instead of chocolate chips in most recipes.
