We are the only small-batch chocolate maker in North America making natural cocoa powder from the cocoa bean. Our cocoa powder is made right in our factory using single-origin cocoa liquor. It is not alkalized or sweetened but is instead very pure. It has a rich chocolate flavor and is great for baking or making hot cocoa. It is available in bulk by the kilo (2.2 lbs). The kilo of cocoa powder will be shipped in two tubes, each containing 1/2 kilo.
