Ingredients: This single origin dark chocolate includes directly sourced cocoa beans from the region of Tenende, Tanzania at 70% along with certified organic cane sugar at 30%. And to make things even better, we add vanilla bean to the back of the bar.
Flavor: floral, earthy with wholesome vanilla sweetness. Rustic and granulated texture with a browning sugar finish.
About the CollaBARation™: We partnered with our friend Ari and his carefully-curated specialty foods company, Zingerman’s on this bar. Vanilla bean morsels add a heady aroma and texture to our Davao, Philippines Dark Chocolate. In tribute to traditional Mexican-style chocolate, we’ve done no conching and very little refining, so the bar’s texture is coarser and more rustic than most. Learn more about Ari and Zingerman's.
