We add Davao, Philippines cocoa nibs to the back of the bar–the cocoa nibs are from the same batch of beans that we use to make the bar itself, so in just one bite you experience the entire production and sourcing story. About the region: San Jose Del Tambo, at least 200 years old, is situated in the foothills of the Andes Mountains in the beautiful cloud forest.
