Ingredients: This single origin dark chocolate includes directly sourced cocoa beans from the region of Tenende, Tanzania at 60% along with malted milk powder and certified organic cane sugar.

Flavor: floral notes met with strawberry, vanilla, and a barley malt sweetness. Creamy, velvety smooth.    

About the CollaBARation: We partnered with our friends at Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams to create this flavor driven chocolate bar. We were inspired by the way they pasteurize raw milk and cream from small herds of grass-pastured cows to make their intensely creamy, milky ice creams. Just as each batch of our chocolate is hand-crafted to the nuances of the cocoa bean, we adore the way Jeni’s brings the best to each flavor showcased in their ice creams.
