What type of tour would you like?
Note: If you have a group of 10 or more, please schedule a private tour.
Public Tour (Every Tuesday @ 3PM)
Private Tour (Groups of 10 or more)
Public Tours:
- Every Tuesday @ 3:00 PM
- Maximum capacity is 35 people
- Tours last 45 minutes
- Cost: $4 for adults, $3 for children & students
- 15% discount on all store purchases at the time of the tour
- 100% of the money for the tour funds our Chocolate University program
We prefer no children under 5 years of age (it's a factory); in the event that is not possible they must be on a hip or in a stroller at all times.
We have strong magnets in our factory, which could affect a pacemaker, defibrillator, etc.
Private Tours: (for large groups or those who can't come to public tours)
- From 1 PM to 5 PM, Wednesday or Thursday. No Saturday tours.
- Maximum capacity is 35 people
- Duration: about 1 hour
- Cost: Minimum of $75
(if the group is over 15 people the fee is $5 per person)
- 15% discount on all store purchases at the time of the tour
- 100% of the money for the tour funds our Chocolate University program

- This tour only for customers with a valid Reading Program voucher
- Every Thursday @ 3:00 PM from May 5 to August 25
- Maximum capactiy is 35 people
